If it were a sentence, this online exhibition would have been conceived in future perfect tense, as an action started in the past and expected to be completed in the future. It is a caustic prelude, but it comes with hope.
The Eye of The Storm was Blitz’s first online exhibition, part of the new online initiative OPEN in response to the covid pandemic. A visual identity was developed that straddled this overturning of reality without straying too far away from hope. The work carried out included exhibition logotype design, publication design, website / online exhibition space, and social media assets. Through ongoing social media content and news features, the project reached over 4k unique organic visits that accounted for just under half of the total organic traffic of all the 2020 online program of activities combined.
